DRACULA NUTRITION - RETURN POLICY
Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. This policy applies to all our customers.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in Romania and other EU countries: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing any reason. This "cooling-off period" is your statutory right under EU regulations.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons:
- Opened supplements or nutrition products
- Personal care goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items or promotional merchandise
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2-3 business days.
- Please do not send any items back without first receiving confirmation and instructions from our team.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-faulty items):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty or incorrectly shipped items:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return the unwanted item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item
- We'll arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you
